LocalKey’s operating model specifically excludes collecting rent, negotiating or executing leases, tenant placement, security-deposit administration, rent setting, eviction activity, and substantive landlord-tenant representation.

Website descriptions of LocalKey property checks or similar services do not constitute a representation that LocalKey will discover every defect, hazard, code violation, maintenance issue, security concern, or latent condition. LocalKey property checks are observational property-support services and are not professional home inspections unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

The Website, LocalKey name and branding, graphics, photographs, written materials, service descriptions, processes, reports, forms, checklists, software, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to LocalKey and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
