Our customers are comfortable managing their own properties remotely. They simply need someone reliable when a situation requires a local presence.
LocalKey performs scheduled property checks, provides photo documentation, meets approved vendors, coordinates property access, visually verifies completed repairs, documents move-ins and move-outs, responds to owner-requested property issues, and provides other owner-directed local support.
We aren’t here to replace the property owner or act as a traditional property manager. We provide a reliable local presence while the owner stays in control.
Our longer-term vision is to make property ownership possible from anywhere by becoming the trusted operating and asset management partner for real estate owners across the Rocky Mountain region — protecting property value, improving performance, and helping owners make better decisions about their real estate.
